COMPLETELY REBUILT MULLER MARTINI 227 INSERTERS-UPTO 14 into 1
Rebuilt equipment is completely disassembled, cleaned, complete body work repair and painted. All wearable items (belts, hoses, etc.) are replaced. Any parts broken, missing or excessively worn are replaced. All head shafts and hand wheels are upgraded and rebuilt or replaced. All chains are replaced. Main pusher chain is replaced along with chain rail and rail guides. All bearings are replaced. Pneumatic system is completely checked, replaced, or rebuilt, as needed. Machinery is completely rewired and converted to a Mitsubishi PLC controller with Electronic Miss Detection System. Drive System is replaced with a new DC Drive System with Timing Belt/Pulley Control. Auto Oil Lube System is Installed. Equipment is guaranteed in excellent overall and operating condition. One Year Warranty.
